• Front and back sleeve with narrow white borders.
• Lighter/better-quality printing than the numbered edition.
• Inside sleeve artwork is reduced in size and shows crop-lines on all sides. (The artwork incorrectly included a "gutter" so the printer decided to include everything. The gutter was removed and the printing enlarged for the main printing.)
