Notes:
Different graphics on xeroxed folded sleeve with different mailing address and different catalog number. Additionally, sleeve is now one-sided, unlike all previous xeroxed sleeves.
There are "sXs" on hand Side A label, "collector's edition" on B-side label is all lowercase and there is no underscore, all of which indicate this is later pressing. Blue pen used to number (image attached is # "607").
